You should have two before the cats/test pipes and two in the cats/test pipes that 02 sensors screw into. Do you not have bungs in your test pipes ?

zup jaida,

you'll need a big ol, long wrench.. I can't remember the size - somebody chime in on the bolt size - 1/2" or something. It's super easy with it. Also, make sure to spray some bolt lubricant and wait about 15 minutes. Make sure to clean the tip of the sensor, before putting it in.

no, not a crescent, just a regular one. http://www.istockphoto.com/file_thum...nut_wrench.jpg
If you're having a hard time with it, you're probably not using the right tool. go pick one up tomorrow. you don't want the o2 to be loose. make sure to lub the exhaust bolts.. they're on there pretty tight.

Several varieties of sockets are made specifically for removing the oxygen senor. The socket has a cut-out so that you do not crush the wire.

+1

You can go to Autozone or some place to rent or just buy it. I rented it for my test pipes installation but ended up keeping them.

I have one at home I made myself. I'm a machinist by trade and if anyone wants to send me a wrench I can cut the slot in to fit around the wire. All you need is to pay for shipping. Makes for an easy install/removal.

You HAVE to use anti-sieze compound on the re install of the 02s. Threads sparingly and NONE on the sensor

are you trying to reinstall the o2 sensors with the test pipes already installed? why didn't you disconnect the 02 sensors from the car and install them while the tps were off the car?

and +1 for getting the o2 sensor socket from autozone. the set was really cheap iirc.
