Default Strut Bar

....I completed my install of the MD lower plenum upgrade and spacer in early April. The only challenge Im still having is with getting the strut bar adjusted in order to reinstall. For the life of me I cannot get the strut bar adjustment bolts to break in order to adjust.

1) any suggestions on how to get those loosened.

2) Am I running any major risk with not having the strut bar installed until I get this damn thing adjusted?

Call me. Its a lot easier than trouble shooting on the board.
