Has anyone removed hi flow cats because they were too loud?

Do you get any drone at 80mph+ highway speeds in 6th?

I never had them, but I've decided against buying HFC/test pipes after hearing someone's Z with just a Nismo exhaust and HFC.

If unresonated test pipes are too loud, I don't want to see that person near a high horsepower exotic such as a Ferrari, Lambo, ect. I have unresonated pipes with a tanabe hyper and to me, I could go louder. My friend has test pipes and no exhaust-- it's loud, but still I could stand louder. The drone on highway is the only thing, but I don't even get that with my set up as much as many others.

K&N drop in, DC header, Kinetix HFC, Tanabe Y-pipe, Tanabe SMH exhaust = quiet at idle, loud after 4k rpm to WOT, no drone or raspy.

I can hear raspy when the HFC are cold. But you won't hear any raspy after 5 min.
