Dyno'd with Nismo bolt-ons
My car is an 03 Track with 25k miles. I have the Nismo CAI, Nismo R-Tune headers, turboXS test pipes and Nismo catback. On a Dyno Dynamics dyno my car made 255whp and 260wtq. I'll try to post up the dyno sheet shortly.
My AF was pretty lean though, over 15.1:1 from 5200 to 5800 rpm.

Pretty good numbers. Get a reflash and tune on that thing (or a UTEC, EU, etc. and tune) and you'll be making some decent N/A power. I'd guess a pickup of 10-15whp/10-15tq. I have all boltons (EXCEPT headers) and I picked up 10 peak HP and 15 peak TQ from my flash and tune (as well as 15hp unnder the curve most places).
My A/F before was also in the 15:1 range before tuning. Now its around 13:1 everywhere after 3500 or so RPM.
I'm convinced I need headers though. After the 15tq pickup I was still only around 247tq...

If the dealership finds out you tuned your car say good bye to your warranty You would need to bring it to a turbo shop/tuner to have this done.

All the Nismo performance parts were on the car when I bought it.
I'll post up the dyno sheet soon. I believe peak torque was at 4k RPM.

the X02 has been putting out better numbers higher than the Nismo (half the price of Nismo too) 12-20whp gains $500 plus tax
The MREV2 + Spacer combo -- as high as 20whp 7-800 New
Pop Charger - 5-6whp for $110
The Nismo exhaust isnt dual and is still a bottleneck, the nismo CAI is an AEM piece rebadged and very $$$ for what you get...
Basically if you were starting from scratch right now there are quite a few parts out that that hit hard as far as bang for the buck.....I wouldnt consider a single Nismo piece to fall into that category....good quality, yes....worth the money...may depend on part and goals but IMO I think most of them are priced above other quality parts that make similar or better power for less money
Nismo was there way back....lots of progress has been made and the Z community as a whole has learned more about the Z's....no one ever reccomends the Nismo exhaust for making power...theres a reason....nice piece, nice sound....but not the highest power maker out there by far

# _001 was 3rd gear, the rest were all done in 4th gear. The first and second were back to back pulls without a cool-down. The other three had about ten minutes in between.
Dyno graph:
I didn't get the 255/260 print out for some reason.
