the shorter CF intake tube seems to retain the OEM MAF sensor... nothing else is touched, it strictly replaces the OEM plastic tubing..

however the version I found on ebay, replaces the whole tubing right to the filter, (including the MAF sensor piece)... in this case connecting to a popcharger filter or simply the stock airbox...

it looks very well made..... but yes of course from an unknown source... despite that, im very tempted to get it...

very nicely illustrated with excellent picutres etc.... but who knows that could be the whole trick?

But if the CF engine cover adds significant thickness (not sure about that) then it might not fit

actually, my CF cover is thinner than my OEM one so fit should not be an issue at all.

great point, since the JWT popcharger is designed to hook up to the original MAF sensor anyway, the shorter tube would be the only way to go. I think mine originally came from Unlimited Tuning, but that was 2-3 years back.

^ that ebay kit says it has an adapter to hook up to a stock or JWT filter.

Sure looks tempting...looks better than a Z-tube in carbon because the stock MAF plastic is still there

Looked up Delsa Motorsports and heard both good and bad stories on other forums. On a BMW one they bought replica spoilers and where very happy with them but then about 3 members had some horror stories of Delsa. Checked some Audi forums and they all where happy with Delsa.

I really am interested in that full carbon tube but those horror stories make me iffy.
