Default Strut Test Pipes Question

I got the test pipes installed today..everything was bolted very tightly but the Service Engine Soon button came on...is this normal or was something installed wrong

any answers wud help..thx

just push the service engine soon "button" and it will go off...

JFWY, what year car is yours? You may need the non-fouler fix..

its 2004 touring

it's the only mod i have for the piping..i get the topspeed exhaust at the end of the month...is that why it sounds kind of raspy...since all all stock(y pipe and exhaust?

TP = raspy for the most part... if you went with resonated TP's you would have cut down on the rasp..

Test pipes are raspy.....and larger more efficient headers + exhaust certainly won't help if the noise is what you're concerned about..

Depends on your setup. I have very minmal rasp(3200-3500rpm) and have non-resonated TP. Just to let you know all hell is going to break loose once you put on the topspeed. Its going to be very loud. Maybe you should rethink your setup if you dont like the rasp.
