2hr removal and FI dual install!
Started at 9:30 this am and removed the stock exhaust from cats back. Had the Fast Intentions Intimidator dual installed by 11:40. Used Rhino ramps, PB Blaster to lube up and it was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. Had a good friend to assist - thanks Eric!
Only thing is the driver tip doesn't stick out as far as the pass. side - about 1/2 " shorter. Any ideas? There doesn't seem to be any room for adjustment front to back.

lol...I read the title and thought you were going to say you install FI (forced induction) in 2 hrs...
I remember FI saying that there's a difference in exhaust lenthgs between some of the years...maybe that's the problem,

Loosen everthing up and adjust. Start from the rear of the car and work towards the front and see if that makes a difference
Hey - glad the install went well!
If your original tips did not align properly, then the new system will not either. The only thing you can try, is to loosen the the flanges and the front clamps, and rotate the system a little from the s-pipes. You may find that the system will adjust a bit.
This problem is pretty normal though - not for the FI system, but the inherent issues with the car itself.
Give it a try and let me know...

Yea, we did that and really, no adjustment. Still looking for a solution.

Hey man, glad it wasn't a pain to install which proved my theory that my guy knew $hit about doing it right. How does it sound? Do you feel the pull like I did once it got into the higher RPM's?
From what I understand, one is going to be out further than the other. If I am correct, when I spoke to Tony at FI, he did do an 07 install and they also had one exhaust futher out than the other. It looks really whack if you stare hard at it, but not many people will. Good luck!
