Default 02 sensor with Megan Test Pipes... quick question

Anyone here running the non-foulers with the Megan testpipes and having problems with the 02 sensor on the passenger side? I was having my shop install them with the nonfoulers and they said that the passenger side cat-delete pipe had the 02 sensor bunge not at the "ideal" location, and that it would most likely shatter at the first speed bump if i installed the nonfoulers on that side. I only have Tein-stechs on my car, so its not lowered too much. Anyone have problems shattering the 02 sensor on the passenger side? Or should I have them install the nonfouler on the passenger side anyways? They said the driver side seemed like it would be fine? Thanks!

If the oxygen sensor is pointed down, I would trash the test pipes, and get some that fit properly.
