Question about Cold Air Intake

I am thinkin about getting CAI for my car.. it is bone stock from 05 touring edition. I was thinkin about getting Injen CAI or Stillen hi flow intake... what do you guys recommend? And what has the loud and mean sound?? some thing loud lol

Don't know about Injen. I have Stillen. It is just a little bit louder.
