Currently im running a turbonetics turbo kit with a tanabe ultra medallion exhuast. and for financial reasons im having to sell the kit and go back N/A for the time being. But when i do go F/I again im going with Greddy twins.
Im looking to change out my exhaust now to a true dual for the twins in the future.
Basically what i need to know is what oem parts if any will i need in the conversion. I plan on picking up a set of kinetix hi flow cats. will i need the oem y-pipe as well? Also lookin for reccomendations on a good true dual exhuast other than the Greddy exhaust that will flow enough for the TT kit.

No. I currently have a turbonetics kit on my car and a tanabe ultra medallion its a true single exhaust. now when i remove the turbonetics and sell it im switching to a true dual exhaust. basically my question is once the the turbo kit is off and the downpipe gone.
will i need anything else to complete the exhaust system? like the oem y-pipe?
stock headers are on the car, and im gonna buy a set of kinetix hi flow cats and some kind of true dual exhaust.

Try the APS 3in.

yeah i know dumb noob question ftl
whats the aps sound like though? Loudness isnt issue for me so much as the raspiness that comes a lot of times with a lot exhausts. Like my tanabe its loud and a lil bit of drone but its a deep sound.

The XO2 is the HKS knockoff. It can handle a turbo but you should probably go bigger if you plan on going with high boost. The APS and AAM are both 3 inch dual exhausts. They will both be loud but they will allow the most flow. Don't overlook the Greddy TT, which is 2.75 inches.
