Default First mod...

Just got the exhaust in today and its friggin awesome. Its the catback Top Speed exhaust. Cant wait till I get the headers and ypipe on this thing and really open it up





What it sounds like....

My first mod was a POS AEM CAI-your off to a slightly better start. Those exhausts are wayyy loud and raspy with test-pipes. Beware if you dont already know...btw I always found it silly that people run silencers on a SUPER LOUD system-and create back pressure losing any HP from the exhaust. Kinda contradictory, either use it to its potential or dont run it, just my opinion

Heck nah I wanted loud. Besides im used to the loud that was on my truck since it was a flomaster dumped under the cab.

Cause they came like that, tomorrow when I get the rest of the tools from my buddys place im taking them off. Just didnt have the right size tool today when I put it on

That exhaust sounds about 10x better without the silencers. I used to have it and hated how it sounded with them in.

So I took the 10 minutes I needed and some handy dandy pliers and now they are off. Much much better

I don't like the way the canisters protrude outward with short tips, reminds me of a civic, no offense...if Topspeed would have pushed the canisters inward and extended the tips, it would look decent. It sounds mean nonetheless!
