Default Test pipe diameters

Im thinking of keeping my stock exhaust for another 5k miles atleast but i want some test pipes in the meantime before i switch to the HKS true dual. anyone know what diameter would allow for the best fitment for both applications? also ive been having trouble finding a walkthrough to install my test pipes myself, anyone know where i can find 1?

2.25" ~ 2.5" is pritty standard for NA. As for the install, it's pritty straight forward. It will be abundantly obvious when you are under the car. At least it was for me.

As Adam from Z-1 mentioned in another thread, during the install you'll want to torque the bolts gradually (alternately) from one bank to the other to keep the stress evenly distributed on both banks. Otherwise your tp's may experience cracking issues (especially if they're cheaply made tp's).

Assume that you will add non-foulers.

Important note: remove oxygen sensors after the catalytic converter is off the car.
