Have you priced them yet? Pricewise, we're talking about apples and oranges here...

personally, i would take the HKS 100x's over anything...then nismo, but that's not an option. I personally say it b/c of the sound.

What did you say?

I've had the Amuse, and although it was light and looked good, it wasn't me. I like the B&B better and it's 1/3 the price. Keep looking...

wow are you considering the amuse that much? the price for the r1 titan is way too damn steep for an exhaust IMO, id rather spend an extra 1000 for a single turbo setup.

...I drove with a Z that had an "HKS looking" cat back on it, dunno if it actually was the HKS but it sounded like poo, The amuse is way to loud if you actually hope on driving the car anywhere near where people live. If you have $2600+ to spend on exhaust why are you just considering a cat back? You could have Stillen headers, and cat back, maybe even test pipes for that much and have an extra 35+ WHP vs. the 10 you might get from either of those exhausts.

I don't have that kind of money and I drive my car daily so i spent $675 (free shipping) at Intense motorsports (i-m-racing.com) and bought a very livable and great sounding Tanabe Hyper Medallion cat back (<93dBs)

...plus the muffler looks like the stock one FTW

NOOOOOOOOOOOO hks is $hit, like the nismo. I think the 2 designers were hanging around one night drunk. They made a bet on who could make the worst sounding exhaust. Its a close race.

They have free shipping on the Tanabe? I should jump on that given how good the CA dollar is faring compared to the US. My buddy has an X02 (HKS knockoff) on his car, and sounds pretty nice. Not my style. I'd say unless you're hell bent on getting something ultra blingy, or are actually gonna use the weight savings at the track, then I'd go wtih the HKS +headers instead of blowing it all on one part. Good luck!

How much less does the HKS weigh vs the stock?
