Just as the title states, which would you purchase? Not sure which one will have greater benefits, if any? Both are very nice pieces but not sure which one will be better/ Let me know what everyone thinks.

One is significantly more expensive than the other. I assume u know which. Intakes are intakes on this car. Both cone filters. Daveb will soon post and tell u that the arc box promotes heat soak bc its alum. lol. The popcharger is more prone to heat soak imo.
I have the arc but its more of a show piece than a performer. Base ur decision on how much money u want to spend for very similar effects.

That really is an odd question. Cost, sound, bling, are valid comparisons. Performance wise, they all appear to be pretty similar, with the exception of when you factor in heat soak. Metal tubes, metal boxes, they will act like ovens.
I love ARC and all, but let's get right to the point... in comparison, ARC to other intakes, ARC is just "bling factor." Same or near the same performance figures. Oh and makes the same sound too! But hey if you plan on dressing up your engine bay or placing your car in shows, then ARC FTW. =)

ARC doesn't really perform any better than the JWT IMO.
Also from what I've heard from my friends who have the ARC, the box (metal heat shield) doesn't quite fit 100% so you need to really kind of jam it in there. Could just be their car, may not be this way for all cars.
However I used to run the JWT on my Z, and I swapped out to the stillen in take, and I noticed a significant difference. I have a meter in my car that monitors air intake temps, and even the gauge reflected a decent decrease in temps when I swapped.
So not to jack the thread, but if you're looking for performance, try the Stillen, it works very well IMO.
