Default Removing Greddy EvoII

Didn't want to deal with relocating my Evap when I picked up my Greddy Evo II so I had Horsepower Freaks install it. I'm selling my exhaust now and am going to be removing it myself to put on my stock exhaust. The trouble isn't removing the exhaust but I don't even know where to begin as far as putting the Evap back when I didn't even know where it was to begin with. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I already searched and they don't relate to my problem. There either relocating with the EvoII or Evap leak. I just need pics showing where the stock mounting location for the evap is and which way to position it. I don't have any reference to where everything should be stock. thanks again.

25 looks and still no suggestions. I know at least one of you went back to stock and had to put the evap back...

I had the same problem when I swapped out my Greddy evo2, but I actually left it in the relocated spot since it didn't interfere with the new exhaust. I know for sure you'd need the brackets to relocate it back to stock - its about 3 or 4 black metal pieces.

But my best advice is to take a look at a stock evap or have someone take a picture of theirs.

Thanks yea that helps a lot. It soudns like a deffinitely need a pic of the stock setup to help me out. I'm putting on my stock exhaust then in a couple weeks picking up an X02 do you know if that exhaust will interfere with where it's at now? if so I'll just leave it be.

The X02 will probably interfere because it has a set of 'dead chambers' above the rear canisters. I know for sure the Fast Intentions catback doesn't interfere with the evap relocated for the GReddy, in case you ever end up with it.

i have a G35c and it was on the passenger side tucked behind the rear tire. it was a pain in the *** to get out with the oem brackets, if i ever sell my exhaust i will probably ghetto rig it back in the oem location with zip ties

as for the brackets, i bought mine used, and it wasnot to be found.

if you look under the car, youll notice a series of 10mm bolts. use plumbers tape, and have a few strips under, and over the evap canister and bolt them back up into the holes. its rock solid and wworks fine.

you will need new hoses though, and a check engine light will emerge, but go away in a few days if the evap can is properly sealed. it is touchy!
