Default Stillen Exhaust; BANGING?

i installed this Stillen td exhaust and i hear banging whenever i go over uneven pavement. I know for sure its the exhaust. I'm curious, is it banging on the rear sway bar?

any way to fix?

thanks

If I was you I'd jack up the car and push up and down on the exhaust to see how much travel you have. I wouldn't doubt that it's not secure somewhere and is hitting the underbody due to the car violently moving over the uneven pavement.

Not sure if it's the sway bar or the heat shields. Do it again and I'll try to look this time.

Also make sure it is not hitting the black underbody brace that it runs over towards the rear of the car - not an uncommon place for contact on bumps, etc.

mine would hit the black underbrace where the u-bolts are. just loosen the u-bolts, push up and hold the pipes as high as you can then tighten the u-bolts. rattle gone.

Same problem I had. The dealer had it fixed quickly. I don't remember exactly what they did.
