Default Skunk2 Exhaust Installed

This is the sickest sounding exhaust out for the Z. Nice deep mellow idle, no rasp when getting on it, no drone crusing, but at WOT its very exotic sounding, amplifies the already great VQ sound.

Install was easy, everything lined up perfect, came with all the bolts and gaskets.

I want to thank Tony at Skunk2 for sponsoring me. Skunk2's HQ was cool, and for those that think its a Honda/Acura only manufacturer, no way, they have some EVO's putting down well over 500hp. For the Z Kraftwerks has a new Rotex Supercharger coming out that isn't like any of the others on the market, no hood clearance issues, belt driven, and much more compact. The new spacer will be out shortly too.

Default MSRP is $925.00

I've seen retailers have it for less than MSRP though.

Skunk2 never stopped selling it, it hasn't been out very long so its still very rare.

I just wanted to get you guys something quick, I have plans for Thursday when its actually light outside when I get home, there will be plenty of wide open runs and revs If you don't hear from me Thursday night its because I'm in a jail cell somewhere

thanks for making such a long movie to show what the sound is like in most cases. I just feel like it loses a lot of that VQ sound though. But i expect that from a true dual.

If anyone in the North County San Diego wants to hear it in person let me know. I'm also going to the Ortega Highway run in January starting in Laguna Beach.
