you don't need an exhaust, just lots of stickers

Now i already know i cant make is sound the same because i dont have 8k for an APS TT and whatnot but i want an exhaust that sounds identical. now iv done a lot of research and sound clip listening already and found out that True Dual exhaust systems are the closest to that same exhaust note. Also the aps 2.5" true dual sounds close but it still seems kinda quiet. i found that the injen 1985c SES true dual exhaust with resonated testpipes sounds the closest and is in my budget range and also comes with 4" tips which is better then the aps with stock tip diameter. I also heard that the aps 3" exhaust is only ment for the aps TT setup and wont fit on a N/A 350z. so with that said, can anyone tell me the exhaust that comes the closest to the black 350z on tokyo drift that would be well apriciated. Thanks
you waited 45 days to post THIS?

why wait, did you think it would sound less stupid if there was a time delay?? rrofls

If you want your exhaust to sound like the Z on Tokyo Drift, just get a loud system and play the Tokyo Drift DVD in your car while you're driving... DUH!

Thats what I did.

but Ok, enough joking around.

step 1: hire a asian man to play a bad *** drifter

step 2: hire a film director who has no idea what 'subtlety' or 'grace' means, but understands 'gratuitous booty shots' and 'euphamisms'

step 3: secure financing from a movie production company

step 4: hire a sound editor and sound effects team to record and modify the engine sounds to be 'cool'. could be from a car other than the one shown on screen

step 5: dub it onto DVDR from your laptop

step 6: hook up speakers under your rear bumper and hood

step 7: create a soundboard of exhuast note clips from your movie and then get microswitches hooked to the accelerator and clutch pedal so they are triggered when you mash the gas

step 9: drive your car off a cliff

... what is step 8 you say?

no one know what step 8 is... pfft.

sorry I didn't see your answer. what was the F&F exhaust they used?

part of the problem asking for advice on EXHAUST SOUND over the internet is that you'll get at least 30 different opinions for 100 different members.

how is the OP supposed to decide based on that?
