You guys have got to be kidding right?

Just in case your not.... A test pipe replaces your cat, and yes it can result in more power.

you can find these answers by searching

test pipes result in more power because they allow more air to pass through to the exhaust. better air flow = more power...usually

Look at the inside of a OEM catalytic converter that has been gutted.
Look at the inside of a test pipe.
Tell me which do you think is a better idea?

Several members have posted photos of the underside of the car. Study the photos. Identify the exhaust components.

i know about the test pips but i nevr looked inside a gutted oem cat and thats the problem

if you just gut the OEM cats then you will basically get a pipe with a sudden abrupt diameter increase, which cannot possibly help flow.

stick with test pipes (probably one of the cheapest mods $/hp anyway) and be done with it.
