Default Quick question, I have a pair of stillen tp's.....

the last owner gave it to me when I bought the car off of him... but anywho, Im purchasing a nismo exhaust and I have searched many threads saying the the nismo exhaust and tp's are a bad combo... my question is, does the quality of the tp's determine whether the nismo exhaust cracks the tp's, or it wouldn't matter at all cuz the nismo cracks any tp's..... also, are stillen tp's good quality??

Ive heard that the Nismo exhaust with streight test pipes..theres a lot of rasp. Ive seen videos of the nismo with resonated TPs though and it sounds pretty nice! I just orderd my resonated test pipes and I already have the nismo, ill get pix and a video up next week for ya.

edit: ive heard good things about stillens TPs, nothing to worry about I dont think.

Do the test pipes have a mounting bracket similar to above?

You bumped a thread which had been posted in 28 minutes ago? Are those test pipes a matter of life and death? Maybe you need a reply to get out of jail?

I do not recommend test pipes without a mounting bracket.

I ran mine without the mounting bracket but only for a few months. I had no problems but I put it back on recently.

test pipes are easy to replace and cheap. I would not have any qualms about installing stillen TPs.
