Planning on upgrading my stock intake [03' MT] in the near future, and after researching on the forums it appears that the 06'+ stock and Stillen are generally considered the best options.

I would love to stick with stock parts if the end result is comparable, so is there any significant difference between the two?

Also, searching various OEM parts sites I've yet to actually find 06' intakes [used or new] for sale. This may just be terrible searching on my part, so any links/recommendations are welcome.

 

Aftermarket intakes are basically for looks and sound. Not really much benefit.

 

I agree, it will be very difficult to measure a performance upgrade with any sort of intake. But they do sound cool.
