Question Cold air intake and plenum spacer

I am about to buy the plenum spacer and cold air induction for my automatic trans 2004 350z. I was wanting some feedback about if it is worth it for an auto. I know most of these gains are supposed to be at high RPM which would seem to benefit a 6spd more. If you have upgraded your automatic Z let me know what kind of performance increase you have seen and is it worth it. Do you have any other suggestions other than getting a 6spd? Any other upgrades worthwile?

I never heard of a cold air or a plenum. I searched here and didn't anyone with any feedeback on these two items. Maybe a spoiler or a grounding kit would be money better spent for an auto?

As much as everyone on this forum dogs the 5AT... I have seen plenty of 5ATs that were highly tuned, and serious machines.

and it all depends on what plenum spacer ur looking at..the famous one is the motordyne plenum spacer and the injen cold air intake..

i have an auto but i dont have those yet..but it doesnt matter if its for a 6spd or auto for the higher rpms...just switch ur gear into tiptronic

Plenums and CAI's dont work well together. Track and dyno tested. Do a short ram intake + spacer/plenum
