When is K&N releasing there CAI Typhoon system?
This is like the third thread about it, and still no answers????
I know someone has a prototype on this site, dont remember his name, I think its the z of the month guy for June.
This thing was suppose to come out in June, I got an email from K&N saying to contact them in 60-90 days !!!
They are still looking to ppl in So Cal to test them.
If anyone has some info please post it
Marc.

What you saw was our Typhoon series. To be honest at this point in time a do not know what system R&D is working on for your car.

Can you give any information pertaining to the "ramair" kit that was displayed at the SEMA show this last week?

Dear Chris,
There is no FIPK or Typhoon Kit for your vehicle at this time. Please check back in 60-90 days for a possible update. Also you can check our web site at http://www.knfilters.com/ it is updated every Monday with new products.
Thanks for writing,

I'm typically not a fan of aftermarket intakes, as AEM/Iceman/Injen haven't been able to bring any reasonable #s to the table. Caught wind of the photos, and was hoping someone could shed a little more light on the perspective gains, cost, release dates, etc... After seeing the system the company did for a friends LT1 I was amazed with the quality... very impressive!

The Typhoon Intake System for the 350Z will be available soon...We had to redesign the Carbon Fiber Lid due to some vibration issues. This has taken some time because of design work and cutting new molds for the lid. We apologize for the delay, but wanted to make sure the kit functioned as it should, the first time consumers installed it. This will ultimately avoid functionality issues, due to poor R&D and rushing to be the first one's out.
thank you
