Default Headers Mod

I was thinking about ordering some headers this weekend. I wanna change the sound of the car without swapping the exhaust since the stock one doesn't seem all that bad being true dual and I haven't heard an exhaust that I really like without paying a lot of money. My question is how hard are headers to install? I've installed a few exhausts with no problem and headers on a 03' cobra. I haven't had a chance to look under the car to see how much of a task it would be since my car just came out of warranty.

4 hours! If you say so. Anyways, forget the headers. Waste of good money and time. Take it from me personally. Do you have test pipes yet?

I had Megan racing headers and test pipes, big waste of money. It sounded cool and exotic but it got old after a few weeks cause it was so loud. The smell of exhaust fumes kinda got to me if I had to sit in bumper to bumper traffic also. I gained a little bit of HP on top but lost low and mid range torque. I'd put your money somewhere else but that's just my 2 cents.

Every month there is a “How hard is it to install headers?” thread in the exhaust forum. Lots of firsthand advise.
