With the problems Chiho encountered during and after the install, and the quality of the exhaust, i stand behind my word. I've owned the Authentic HKS, and have seen the XO2 in person. Even thought they might look the same, but the quality and overall fitment is questionable. Chiho, for example, is one of the owners that has encountered issues. Each to its own.....congratulations with your new exhaust....

CHIHO got a bad apple thats all its a great exhaust IMO the fitment is perfect, the cans and piping are flawless(this on my car im talking about) dont get me wrong im not trying to make an argument out of this my point is you can by the "best of the best" and it could have deffects like scratches and so on . higher price DOESNT ALWAYS mean higher quality. and im def, not going against hks at all.

chiho: lol atleast you saved 1,000 dollars and get the same performance lol i wounder why it went up?

Thanks for the re-affirmation, for the price I probably can't go wrong. Worst case scenario I can always go back to the stock exhaust. This will free up funds for "the twins" that I am hoping to get in late 08

Rusting out - look at this guy's problem w/ the x02:

http://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=200297

Anyone considering this cheap knockoff would be much better off with an authentic HKS.

yeah that is what you would expect. The x02 is not stainless like the HKS. It is a waste of money and the tips look like garbage.

Wow, i never thought it would rust like that in two weeks... Well, this further proves my previous post about x02. And yes, my point still stands....

I have yet to see anywhere that says HKS uses a different grade sus 304, right now the only information I have been able to pull up was they both say SUS 304. Just looked at my exhaust tonight, been 3 weeks between washes and it has had salt/road grime all over for the past 3 weeks, 0 rust.

I don't get why people bash others with XO2, it's their cars and they can do what they want
