MaxHax :

just wanted to let you know that stillen has a really nice set of long headers you might want to look into. replaces cats! would go really nice with the ati. but be aware that your 7psi pulley will only give you about 5. but your rwhp will be alot more then the 363 you have now.

arc titanium radiator shroud
Happen to have a pic of this? My engine bay is the race type look and this part sounds cool.

What piping is my Borla true dual? Someone said 2.25 but isn't it 2.5?

Not to speak for anyone but...

lsdunique will probably not be on the boards for a few weeks. He's involved in a large project at the moment. When he returns, I'm sure there will be some good news.

I've been trying to reach him on a couple of e-mail addresses. No-reply.

Show Car is fine by me -- only problem is pre-paid $233. pipes never arrived???

Probably a good explanation -- but way overdue they are!!

very tempting stuff, but whats this about the Z having more o2 sensors?

how many are there 4? 3?

now if those cat pipes do away with 2 of the cats, what about the others?
maybe the CEL isnt going on because the 2 cats being replaced arent a big enough deal to trip the CEL
we're still getting air restriction with the left over cats.....right?

The Z has four O2 sensors. The first one on each side closest to the engine is used to provide feedback regarding A/F ratio. The second O2 sensor on each side is strictly used to monitor emissions (i.e. to verify that you have cats installed). The downstream O2s are not used by the ECU for any tuning purposes.

The stock pipes that are being replaced with these straight pipes contains BOTH the precat and main cat. So, by using these pipes, you will be eliminating all four cats from your car. This being said, I don't understand myself why the CEL is not going off... I'm just glad it's not. Ignorance is bliss!
