Got my stock cat cut out and replaced with a straight pipe=)
the cat under the car, right before the cat-back bolts up, NO MORE WEIRD SMELL AND SOUNDS SICKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK, NO cel either=) muffler shop did it for $90

So, rather than pay $150 and have a set of cats to put back in -just in case-, you had your stock exhaust hacked up? You made the same mistake I made a long time ago.

I wasn't concerned about the sound, I have no doubt that it sounds great. I was concerned with visual inspection (it's gonna happen to us all in the future) and putting the car back to stock.
I'm sure the car is quite a bit quicker now, still no CEL?
