just got test pipes and headers on and bad news
Ok a couple of months ago i got an injen catback exhaust and love it.. But the passanger side was a little shorter.. not a problem then but when i went back to get my test pipes and headers put on for some reason now the right side exhaust sits way to high under the car so when i drive it hits the bottom of my car.. So i was wondering if anyone has had this problem and how they fixed it. thank you
And i have megan resonated test pipes and strup headers. thanks for any help

It could be how you installed the headers. Maybe a little crooked? You can clock the position of the headers slightly so that it raises the rest of the exhaust up or down a little.
You might want to losen up the headers and let everything settle into a better position before tightening the headers back down.
Edited for spelling

All dual exhaust - two muffler systems have similar fitting situation because of the OEM rear anti-sway bar. The bar has a “hoop” on the drivers side. The drivers side exhaust must fit below the bar. The passenger side above the bar. As in the above photo you can see that the pre-muffler pipes are not even. Still the mufflers fit almost perfectly even.
a. Loosen the entire passenger side.
b. Put a wood shim between the body and pipe.
c. Tighten everything.
d. Pull out the wood shim.

ok i did the whole wood thing.. loosend the right side.. put the peice of wood then tightned but it went right back to the way before. so i cut a small peice of wood and wedged it up there till i go to an exhaust shop to see what they can do.

I had my stock cats in and wanted more flow and more sound so i removed the resonator in the midpipe....bad idea......it was raspy only on cold starts for a few minutes then sounded fine and almost stock......then i got test pipes and still have no resonator in the midpipe and its pretty bad
but even on my new top speed exhuast its bad and that has a long resonator in it.......should i just try the megan resonated test pipes???
i've spend soo much money already and love my top speed exhuast and the sound but its a little harsh sometimes........if I plan on turboing it then the straight non resonated test pipes will help right??
will they sound better under pressure with more flow from the turbo???? and make less rasp???
