If you line up both HFC's are they similar? does one have a sharper bend then another?

You may have to get very specific with the details including pictures to get his resolved.

Question:
These HFC's were simply bolted up? and not used at all?

If so, I dont see how they can claim "used"...
I did not remove the passenger side, it fit perfectly !

yes, simply bolted up and removed... that it !

AND ! I just spoke with Brian !!!

he is the man ! He just told me to send it back for a replacement... that it !

now we are talking about custumer service !!!! from a serious company Berk !!!

thank you Brian !

Default Just...

about the order Berk metallic HFCs for my Nismo Headers. I'm glad this seems to have been resolved. Just to reaffirm, I confirmed via PM w/ Berk that the new brackets are in fact included.

GL to the OP when the new install is completed.

I have a set of the ceramics waiting to be installed once the weather gets nicer here. They have the new brackets welded on as well, cant wait to get them on the car... they are very high quality too, welding looks nice and clean.

Brian is, in fact, awesome. =)

Some say his screams make lamb shed wool. And that his breath helps grow mint, dandelions and lilies. All we know, he's called Berk.

lol, yes brian is now the stig?

anyways,

Brian is definately a legit guy. I worked with him to test fit his HR HFC's and he is definately a respectful and honest guy. If you guys search up on his posts too, he's EXTREMELY knowledgable. Everything he does with his products have good physics and engineering reasoning as to why he builds them the way he does. He doesn't just weld stuff together and throw them out for sale.

after many hours of invertigation...with the precious help of Bryan from Berk (very nice guy with a very very good cutomer service, I recommend him !) it look like the Berk HFC's are perfect ! Bryan put them on the jig, and they fit perfectly !

we suspect that my engine is not at lever... but it's look like at level !

it's look like the under of a roadster 350z is pretty similar to the other 350z...but not at 100%... the floor is reinforced and the driver side floor bracket is lower that the passenger side...and lower than on the other 350z.... I think this is the cause of all this...

Anyway ! Bryan had the great idea of adding a flange between the manifold and the HFC's to lower them a little... this will solve my problem, I'm pretty sure...

Just want to thanks Bryan from Berk, this guy and this company is awesome with, again, a irreproachable customer service... they have a great product at high quality level...

I will keep you update on my installation and the dyno after....

i don't really understand what you just said but to sum it up, are you saying that 350ZR's are different underneath the car which is why you were having problems? or YOUR Z specifically has something odd about it which is causing a problem?
