I will keep you update of what Brian want to do with this...

but one thing is sure, I bought this from Gruppe-s and the only help that they gave me about this, is the phone number of Berk.... what a custumer service...

I hope Brian will see the problem with one of my metalic HFC...

The new batch of HFCs that Brian designed recently for the 03-06 motors have the brackets now.

OMG !!!

look the custumer service from my seller: Gruppe-S... WOW

is it true ?

"Jean-Calude,
Unfortunatley I cannot accept these back for a return. Since the item is currentley in use I cannot accept these back for a return.
Per Berk the item is working as intended and is within their specs so the item cannot be returned. If you would like to send us images feel free to send to
ben@gruppe-s.com
Thanks
Ben"

so this and we don't give a **** is the same thing... no ?

Humm. I guess I will not be dealing with Gruppe-S anytime soon. I would contact Berk directly. There is no reason they should be off by what looks to be almost 3/4 of an inch.

My 's

^That does not surprise me.

If you line up both HFC's are they similar? does one have a sharper bend then another?

You may have to get very specific with the details including pictures to get his resolved.

Question:
These HFC's were simply bolted up? and not used at all?

If so, I dont see how they can claim "used"...

Would turning the cat upside down help? Should bolt on two ways (assuming the cats are directional)
