Default Plenum spacers

Hey guys I was looking at plenum spacers and wondering if the larger the spacer the louder the sound and if so how loud are we talking?? and also I have read a lot about vibrations in the car after installing is this just due to contact with the strut bar?

Are you joking? Spacers only make a minute difference in sound. They do not cause vibrations, even if the upper plenum touches the strut bar - that would cause a rattle. Where did you read these jems?

A large spacer will change the induction sound, but its not like an exhaust systems change in sound. Its a mild change in sound.

And the strut bar can come in contact with the strut bar but just read the installation manual throughly and it will show you how to adjust it properly.

once you have a small collection of mods you can't really hear the spacer. Made my intake whistle a little more but as far as induction noise, that gets eaten up by everything else.

I paid very close attention to the sound of everything before and after installing the MD 1/2" spacer. I couldn't really tell a difference.

Plenum spacers don't make any noise. Very quiet.
