bookmarked... did you find any information about it? I haven't even looked into this intake setup, is this from the injen website?

looks nice, but i can almost guarantee a decent amount of torque loss with that setup. no thanks for me.

Why do you say that?

Looks like it would get more Air being down in front .

looks alot different from that prototype with the heat shields.

Im not sure about the piping...but it probably takes in cooler air since its away from the motor.

That longer piping and that 90 bend will give you little to no gains. Hell I think you'll lose power with that setup. I've had my experiences with CAI systems.

that 90 bend will create fouling and make the entering air more turbulent than nissan's original setup. the longer piping will increase your pressure drop between the atmospheric air and the engine, technically requiring a larger HP motor to pull the same air. but that part is close to negligible.

now if that filter went through the duct and was sitting between the front bumper and radiator casing it woudl be a much better design.
