your only supposed to oil the filter after you clean them, not new ones..Now most likely you got oil on your Maff sensor..Take it out(the MAF) and air dry the element, but DO NOT spray any form of cleaner on it..

Runs much better with the bag still on. Does wonders for air flow too.

you can leave the plastic on and it should still work. Besides you filter will stay clean this way. Also, if you put four cups of sugar in your gas tank your car will be fast. It's almost like it gets a sugar rush
