Default Intake Question

When i got my 350z it had an aftermarket short ram intake, i believe that it is just some stupid ebay brand and i want to replace the tubing because im not a big fan of chrome, i want to get a carbon fiber intake tube but all the ones i can find are for stock, is there a difference in tubing length between the stock airbox and an aftermarket short ram because i just want to replace the tubing and slap on the same filter. Im sry if this seems like a stupid question but i need to know, thanks

odds are that you have a chrome tube that is the same as stock. so you should be able to swap in a cf tube. post some pics to confirm

Buy a well-known brand and you are safe.
Buy eBay stuff and roll the dice.
