Default Rattle after TP install (video)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJVVH9FE7fg

The Y-pipe bolts were a mother to get off... the header side bolts were a piece of cake.... the opposite of what most people report.... I think the rattle is coming from the y-pipe... heat shield maybe?? It's impossible to tell in my pit because it doesn't rattle unless moving... while driving it sounds like it's coming from the back half of the car though...

Any ideas? TIA

The heatshield has caused that problem before, you could try removing it or pulling it away from the y-pipe.

I just did a header install and I'm getting a rattle whenever I hit some bumps.
Gonna have to get under it again and wiggle stuff around to see whats clunking.

edit: just watched the video and its nothing like the problem I'm having.
sorry for being a jackass

I have a similar but softer rattle coming at 3k. HFCs. I ran through a pile of gravel in a friend's driveway. I got all of the gravel out and it's still doing it. Seems to me like the heatshield over the muffler and the huge 1 over the exhaust and driveshaft is CHEAP. Like it's just sitting in there, not bolted well at all. This rattle is annoying on the highway. It's constant unless I speed or go too slow in a 70.
