Default Help... exhaust causing TPS error?

Had my fast intentions exhaust installed last week and everything was fine until my car threw a code and went into 15mph limp mode. This happened to me a year ago and I though its probably the throttle position sensor again as it was the same syptoms as last year when my tps went dead. Went to autozone and checked the code and it was the tps. I picked one up today and installed it and the code came back soon after I restarted the car after a short drive. Can my exhaust be causing the code?

other mods

-stup headers
-berk HFC
-Kinetix plenum
-ztube/k&N

all these mods were tuned on my utec before I installed the exhaust.

i cant see the exhaust causing a TPS problem, seems really unlikely. unfortunately though, i dont know what would be causing that
