search and listen to every exhaust clip possible, also check out as many local ones in person possible

 

Mine . . . INJEN SES with resonated test pipes and Magnaflow crossover muffler = EXOTIC!

 

Stock with a few "speed holes" in it to make it more agggggressive!

So far... I haven't heard any exhaust that I dislike in person. I have the Borla TD and love it with my testpipes. HKS-ti sounds awesome too! (heard it in AlvinH's Z), my cousin's Z with the X02 (HKS knock-off) sounded pretty good also.
You have to pick an exhaust that has the best look/design and sound to you.
