Looks like it includes a metal pipe going to the throttle body (appears better than stock), MAF adapter, and a K&N filter.

Am I missing something or is this a good deal? Is there any reason I should spent the extra cash for a pop charger, or is this pretty much the same thing but with a k&n filter instead of whatever comes with the pop charger?

i will say it before someone screams it at you.....you get what you pay for and if it seems too good to be true, than it usually is.
