check that the connecting points in the exhaust are properly tightened. the car in the video sounds like it has an exhaust leak. try spraying soapy water on the connecting points of the exhaust and look for bubbles or air streams. it helps if someone is giving it a little gas as you are looking. im not familiar with that exhaust though, so it could be the pipes resonating. either way, i hope that this video was not yours because revving your engine after a cold start is a TERRIBLE idea. this can be noted through the excessive amount of water coming out of the exhaust as he revs it. this seems to be the norm on youtube though so whatever... .

yea its not my car...but I've seen a few videos of the EVO2 with TP or HFC and it makes the same sound...mine does too...almost sounds like there is a bolt loose and rattling at that RPM...I think its just the pipes resonating...

i am sure it probably is, especially if you have heard other exhausts like yours with the same phenomenon. its quite impossible to tell unless i was actually there looking at it. either way, good luck.
