Help me identify my intakes
Hey guys,
I just bought a used Z (2007) on the 8th of July.
I was wondering why my Z sounded so much cooler than my friend's and then I noticed I had Nismo Exhaust. But I also was pretty pleased with the engine sound, so I opened the hood and noticed Nismo stickers on the Intakes. However, they look like they were applied (unskillfully, they have some wrinkles) so I'm not sure if they're actually Nismo Intakes or Stock with a Nismo sticker. Hell, I'm not sure if it's a cold air intake or if it's a short ram, either. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

That's what I thought, the intakes don't go down all the way to the bumper or anything like that. What effects do these intakes have on my car? Extra power? Does it affect gas mileage adversely? -_-a
i have heard the stock airboxes are pretty efficient, but i do not own an HR so i didn't really care enough to remember the specific details. your mpg should not be adversely affected though, if anything i would say you might get a slight increase. do a search, you should be able to encounter some more sound information.
