Any updates? It would be nice to know the real gains of a true dual HKS exhaust.

Default just a question

So I get what is being said about big pipe dual exhaust...would a jwt pop charger and a kinetix plenum be enough to counter what you guys are saying about the big pipe duals? Thanks and sorry If this is annoying to you guys I'm really noob to this stuff

Out of the ten plus exhausts ive run my biggest felt gains were hks true dual. My tomei feels the least powerful.

All butt dyno.

Depends on how big you go, something like an hks will benefit from a quality cai of some sort, but it shouldn't lose power without one, it simply won't have the same gains

you will not really gain much if you dont tune.... do you have stock cats or test pipes? with test pipes and large diameter exhaust you will lose some low end torque, but gain hp on the high end

I'll be sticking with stock cats for now..from what I gather if I put test pipes on it won't pass emissions here in MD..but I could be wrong...by the way thanks for the info guys. Come tax time I'm trying to add the jwt popcharger the kentix plenum and exhaust...if I can squeeze the $ out lol
