I think the point of contention is that Tony did a lot of testing by all evidence and his own admission and settled on two sizes that yielded the best results (5/16, 1/2).
if the 5/8th outperformed the 5/16 or 1/2 why would he have not used that from the beginning? I find it very hard to believe he magically overlooked that possible size.
Skunk2 'develops' products for a lot of platforms so I simply fail to believe they did even half of the testing that Motordyne did for our cars. The cost/benefit just isn't there for them I think. Skunk isn't doing anything but trying to profit off of our community. They don't innovate or care or participate. He is still creating products for our cars (exhausts now) and while I guarantee he isn't doing it out of the kindness of his heart alone his involvement and consistent activity lead me to say he is a stronger member of our community.
For even just that reason Motordyne will always get my business over others.

So this is how it ends, nothing for a month? I've been sucked in for 40 minutes reading this great story and no closure. Oh well at least I know a Tony comes out on top. Seems like the Skunk Tony fell off the thread first. Now I'm leaning towards the MD for a couple of reasons.
Please you 2 Tony's, give us all the end we so patiently waited for. If no conclusion comes.................FAIL

UPDATE!!!
Skunk2 performs their own independant test comparison "in private" at their facility, on their dyno, by their techs.

Skunk2Tony,
Come on guys. I held out hope you were above that.
1/2 day tops. I'm always very busy but I can give you 1/2 a day of my time at an independant shop.
Independant testing is a good thing. Lets do it!

LMAO~~
Tony, now you should post dyno results on your dyno
Manufacturer dyno claims are weak-sauce.
Independent dynos only please. No one on the forum ever takes manufactures numbers seriously.
Motordynes numbers have been posted in magazine articles by independent test methods (not advertising from manufactures dyno).

Tony,
No need to find a third party dyno to do a fair and friendly open test....we are more then happy to do any of the dyno testing at your Motordyne facility and use your dyno to run our spacer. I am fairly confident that our spacer makes the amount of power that we say it will since we R&D and Dyno every product we have here in house. ...
Thank You,
Tony

And lets make sure Skunk2, Motordyne and forum member and moderators are present for the testing.
EDIT: I propose we do this at Church Auto. We have both used their services in the past, they are a well known and respected tuner in the VQ community, they are roughly equal distance from both of us and located right in the middle of So. Cal. so lots of forum members and moderators can attend the event.
