Is this a good deal?

Signal Borla exhaust, the first one that came out, less than 10k miles on it, good condition, no leaks or cracks for 400 picked up?

How can you confirm 10,000 miles?
I don't like used exhaust components because of risk: stress fractures that are not visible.
