Default OEM exhaust 'extender' question

I have an 03 350z and was wondering if the extender piece that attach to the oem exhaust is removable? And is it just the 3 screws at the bottom?

it's not removable. You can always cut it off tho.

Trying to fit my ts diffuser over my OEM exhaust.

I believe the extender piece is the only thing that's preventing it from fitting. IF it fits, it'll be close. *finger cross*

six bolts hold it on (three on top, three on bottom), so yes it is removable.
