^It should. Although, I can't say for certain because I can't remember the sizing of the flanges on both

Yes. 100% good fit.

They are meant to be interchangable by design.

The flanges are the same, but isn't the stock Y-pipe's diameter smaller?

here's my question...i have a nismo catback with megan v2 res tp's...im thinking about swapping my nismo y-pipe bc the flex joints are worn and im thinking it's causing some rattle for an hr y-pipe since it's a better design and freer flowing pipe than the nismo and de y-pipe...first, will it fit? and second, will it clean up some of the noises from the nismo y-pipe? prob no gains but the hr y-pipe looks significantly improved and the merge collector looks a lot better...anybody?

Yes 07 y-pipe will fit your Nismo exhaust. Y-pipes are interchangeable.

So you want to switch out your Nismo y for 07 y? I think that's pointless but if it gives you some kind of peace of mind then do it..
