Default spacer, berks, bassani, eibachs review plus dyno

start with what everyone wants to see dyno numbers are 234.88 hp 225.40 tq stock
same day dyno after 5/16 spacer berk hfc and bassani exsaust 236.63hp and 225.48 tq

to be honest i dont believe that was an accurate reading and here is why
after the first hard pull i felt nothing but after each pull through the first 3 gears it got faster each time and not just a little bit but noticeable. today on an empty stretch of road i always drive on i was able to get up to much higher speeds
i really think the Zs ecu is a slow learner definitely going to look into reflash

exhaust sound is a bit loud and there is some rasp at wot right now it rattles a bit where it rubs on the rear sway bar but thats an easy fix
cant compare individual parts because they were all installed at once

the eibach pro kit springs are great! incredible ride quality

i really do believe i gained some pretty decent power from these mods if anyone has any input to my slow learning ecu theory please give some input

no idea im guessing either poor dyno reading or that the ecu hadnt adjusted to the mods since as soon as they were installed it was put right back on the dyno

just a guess i really have no idea

ECU will help, but i don't think it is ECU problem.
Most of member here has spacer/berk/ exhaust, they shown pretty decent gain without reflash ECU.

Install them correctly?

Gotta flash or piggyback. Boltons + Stock ECU = dissappointment
at the Dyno. I know. I am there right now and just can't seem to
pony up the $$$ for a solution.

I'm not trying to sound like an @ss, but so much for all the Bassani hype. The sound is overrated and the power gains are also overrated.

Remember that +27 ft. lbs torque increase thread..

There are two things wrong:

1) You should've given the Z's ECU sometime to adjust. Driving the car for a 20-30 minutes before dynoing it again may have helped. Go back and dyno it again, you'll probably see different results.

2) Also, from my research, I've noticed that people who install a whole bunch of mods simultaneously never see big gains. Where as people who install mods one-by-one every couple of months and THEN dyno do see solid gains. I, personally, think it's because all of the new mods confuse the ECU - send it into a shock state, sort to speak.

Drive the car around at least 500 miles, go back and redyno it.

I officially stopped buying boltons about a year ago, and have only tried
swinging at some ebay deals that fit a greddy tt setup once my note is
paid down... 12 mos or so. 400hp on stock internals ftw.

i think that was on the HR motor, and it seems the HR motor is a bit more responsive to mods though
