Default Exhaust that quieter than the nismo?

I have nismo exhaust and looking for a change.
Which exhaust is quieter than the nismo?
I can’t stand hearing low rasping noise occurs at 2250 rpm at 75mph cruise.
Or does every exhaust have this noise at that speed?
I really appreciate advice and input.

nismo is actually one of the quieter exhausts.

I just ordered my magnaflow 16784 and should have it installed next week if I am lucky - I'll post some clips for you, and I'll cruise at 75 and let ya know how it sounds.

Fujitsubo Ti is probably the most quiet exhaust on the market. It's more quiet than the stock exhaust during normal driving and only comes to life with a deep throaty sound under WOT. Price you'll pay though, an arm and leg. Guaranteed to be +2k, if you're willing to pay to play...

Fujitsubo legalis R system is half the price with almost the same exact
sound-i paid $950 shipped when i got mine 2yrs ago-check intense
motorsports or injected performance i think they had some of the
lowest prices on that exhaust when i last checked.

or you could go for the motordyne VQ exhaust-i heard the sound clip for
that and it is pretty mild

my borla set up was fairly quiet when it was just the full exhaust/intake. Once adding headers, HFCs and the spacer it's just as loud as other exhausts on the market when they come out of the box.

Borla has absolutely no drone or rasp at any speed. Once everything was added the only type of drone i get is from 1800-1950 in a higher gear like 5th. Very minimal and short lasting.

thanks for the inputs.

I agree that nismo is pretty quiet as many people mentioned. That's why I went with nismo. I am okay through out all range of RPM but at 2250 when crusing, that low rasping sound makes me want to take it off..

Are you possibly referring to "Drone"?

Rasp isn't a low frequency. Its a nasty high frequency farty sound.

I'm sick of my exhaust drone. You've got FI customers waiting for a quiet exhaust tony - in case you didn't know. Dual 3" input, output on the Motordyne VQ muffler coming???

I don't have headers, but I can attest that the Borla TD is an amazing setup. I nitpicked every exhaust before settling with the Borla, and it is perfect. Not loud and no drone, so you can have a conversation in the car, but it sounds utterly amazing past 4500RPM, especially with HFCs. I think test pipes will ruin the sound of it, personally. Res. Test Pipes might be okay, though.

Hmm I think even my fujitsubo legalis R with JIC y-pipe might even have some low drone around 2.5krpm but it's probably drowned out by the transmission whine.
