Default Dyno proof for Intakes/Exhausts

I know there has to be a few people on here that have put either an intake or an exhaust ONLY on their car and dyno'd it. If not, this can sink to the bottom. The point of this thread is to get before and after dyno sheets so that members can see what certain products are doing for others. It's not so you can be a d-bag and make smartass comments. It's so that we can actually have a useful, informative post instead of a bunch of egotistical e-thugs screeching like school girls.

So post up your dyno pulls and your products. If you don't have proof, don't post. What are intakes and exhaust REALLY doing for 350Zs?

Turbo magazine did a test on the AEM Intake. 5 HP gain. That's within drop-in and pop charger range. I've also heard that AEM is the manufacturer of the Nismo CAI, which would yield the same gains.

Must have. Lots of people think 3rd is best. 4th definitely seems like a better choice. Still, AEM claims to dyno like 10-15 I'm sure. Obviously, that's not gonna happen.

Really? 5th? That seems like it'd barely pull through to me. I'll give that a shot next time tho! Good info!

you're all wrong, it depends on the dyno and the way it's been calibrated, and the dyno operator.

frankly i like this(the thread he created) becuase we get to see a list of dyno sheets on what people got on our cars with certain products. It is alot simpler to just go to one thread for all of it. I give you thumbs up on this thread!

1) 1 BS dyno from a Big Name company who can create a dyno in excel
2) And 2 HR dyno graphs which dont help at all bc u have a revup.

Myabe u need to me more specific bc this thread isnt helpful YET at all
