Are we talking Topspped N1 exhaust...wow I hope you guys arent talking crap about it...IMO its one of the best sounding exhausts out there...hardly any rasp and one of the louder and deeper sounding exhausts around. I would trade my Invidia g200 exhaust for one anyday.

Sounds good, but sounds are just a piece of the picture. Lets get some Dyno numbers before we start issue FAILS to the exhaust.

Its a nice exhaust. I had the entire topspeed setup. Test pipe, y-pipe, and exhaust. Absolute beastly sounding. But I went FI so I can't use the test pipes or y-pipe. I also got a nice lil gain just by the exhaust. I got 7hp out of it.

dude if you like the exhaust then go for it. I've had mine for some time and love it,as far as rattles (easy fix)I don't have a single one and it sounds great and i like the looks, I think most guys give up one rice for another anyway so pay no mind to what others say,But a word of advice to you SEARCH BEFORE YOU POST(here or google) it will save you

I got one thing to say about Topspeed exhaust...LOUD.

You havent expierenced loud untill youve ridden in a car with that exhaust.

Im talking the 3 inch version and without those horrible looking silencers installed. Its really really really really really really loud.....And forget about talking on the phone or listening to the radio because the drone is so bad u will get migraines all the time. It took me along time to figure out why I had headaches all the time..it was because of the drone in the car and long drives..It will HUMMMMMMMMMMMMM U TO DEATH!

At certain rpm's u cant even hear your own voice coming out of your mouth...just to give u an example.

 

I've heard so many people say that about the drone and I don't have it. cruiseing down the highway or just arround town I can hear my radio at like 4,but I also have the 2.5 version maybe I'm lucky, as soon as you really open the car up though........... LOUD

The 2.5 is not the 3' by any means. Its night and day.

The 3inch Topspeed setup is a great exhaust for a boosted car, but NA is really overkill. Its simply just to much exhaust, a person doesnt need that much flow or noise. People will probably argue this but for the possible 1hp more from the 3 inch is not worth it because of all the horrid noise.

Please get the 2.5 unless you dont like your girlfriend going anywhere with you or your neighbors calling the police everytime you come home.

Just starting the car up is earthshattering. My neighbors would say they could hear me for 10 minutes in the distance still driving after I left the house. Its that loud.

 

OMG you're making me want this exhaust more and more. Now I'm torn between the X02 and the Top Speed 3''.
