HKS Hi-Power: Question if anyone used this ...

I am looking for reduce the dB level on my HKS. Has anyone tried these? Any input/suggestion?

According to HKS tech, they advise me the size for our car/exhaust - 3306-RA074

^I didn't mean that product was gonna make it louder I was saying the OP should be trying to make his exhaust louder instead of quieting it down.
